4 pieces of CP Shrimp Wonton
1 egg
1/3 cup onion, sliced
1/3 cup bean sprout
1 cup steamed rice
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/3 cup peas
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Coriander, Japanese cucumber and red chili for garnish |

- Fry CP Shrimp Wonton in oil until golden brown. Put aside.
Fry garlic in oil until fragrant.
- Beaten egg, add onion, peas, bean sprouts, carrot , steamed rice, stir until mix well.
- Seasoning with fish sauce and sugar.
- Serve with fried CP Shrimp Wonton. Garnish with coriander, Japanese cucumber and red chili

For Thai vegetarian food, Shrimp wonton could be replaced with fried tofu used. |
