| 300 grams CTO shrimp |

1 cup long thin slices of bell pepper
|
| 9 small red and green hot chilies, pounded |
| ¼ cup ground roasted peanuts |
| 3 tbsp crisp-fried garlic slices |
| 3 tbsp crisp-fried garlic slices |
| 1 tbsp sugar |
| 2 tbsp fish sauce |
| 2 tbsp lime juice |

- Rinse CTO shrimps under running water for approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Mix the sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, and chilies together.
- Mix the CTO shrimp and bell peppers in a bow, add the dressing from step 1, and toss. Add the fried shallot, fried garlic, roasted peanuts and toss once again.
- Arrange on a serving dish and serve.
