| Pieces shrimp wonton |
| 200 ml chicken stock |
| 25 grams lime juice |
| 20 grams chili paste |
| 20 ml coconut milk |
| 10 grams galangal |
| 10 grams lemongrass |
| 10 grams fish sauce |
| 3 grams sugar |
| 2 grams kaffir lime leaves, shredded |
| 1 coriander root |
| 1 grams chili |
| coriander leaves for garnish |

- Heat the chicken stock until boil, add lemon grass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and coriander root.
- Season with fish sauce, sugar, roasted chili paste and coconut milk.
- Add shrimp wonton and boil until done. Then spoon lime juice.
- Arrange on a serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves.
