Ingredient
Pieces shrimp wonton
200 ml chicken stock
25 grams lime juice
20 grams chili paste
20 ml coconut milk
10 grams galangal
10 grams lemongrass
10 grams fish sauce
3 grams sugar
2 grams kaffir lime leaves, shredded
1 coriander root
1 grams chili
coriander leaves for garnish
Cooking Instruction

  1. Heat the chicken stock until boil, add lemon grass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and coriander root.
  2. Season with fish sauce, sugar, roasted chili paste and coconut milk.
  3. Add shrimp wonton and boil until done. Then spoon lime juice.
  4. Arrange on a serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves.

Serving Tips

This dish has three tasted; sour, salty, and sweet with a little from chilies.
