Ingredient
350 grams Mexican chicken wing stick
¼ cup celery, cut in short length
½ cup white radish, trimmed
¼ cup onion, chopped
½ cup carrot, trimmed
½ cup green apple, trimmed
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice








Cooking Instruction

  1. Deep-fry Mexican chicken wing stick until golden brown, drained well.
  2. Mix together all salad vegetables and pour mayonnaise and lemon juice.
