Ingredient
350 mexican wing chicken
150 grams warm spinach
3 tablespoon balsamic dressing
100 grams cherry tomato
Cooking Instruction

  1. Microwave 3-4 mins, making 3-4 holes and heat at 1,300 watt for 30 sec. or 800 watt for 1 min.
  2. Mix spinach with balsamic dressing , toss the mixture well.
  3. Heat the pan until hot.
  4. Sauteed spinach salad in hot pan and arrange on the top of chicken.
  5. Arrange on a serving dish. Garnish with cherry tomato.

Spinach contains vitamin A which can help enhance vision and strengthen bones.
