| 350 grams BBQ honey chicken |
| 200 grams egg noodle |
| 1 cup chicken soup |
| 1 teaspoon fish sauce |
| 1 teaspoon sugar |
| 50 grams enokitake mushrooms |

- Plunge egg noodle in boiling water until soft.
- Drain well in a colander. Set a size in a dish.
- Boil chicken soup, add BBQ honey chicken, fish sauce and sugar.
- Pour over hot soup on the top of egg noodle.
- Garnish with enokitake mushrooms, Japanese spring onion and carrot.
