| 350 grams BBQ honey chicken |
| 100 grams long eggplant |
| 1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
| 1 teaspoon garlic |
| 4 tablespoon oyster sauce |
| 4 tablespoon oyster sauce |
| 5 grams red chili |
| 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder |
| 10 grams basil leave |

- Microwave 3-4 mins, making 3-4 holes and heat at 1,300 watt for 30 sec. or 800 watt for 1 min.
- Heat the oil in a wok, fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the BBQ honey chicken and the long eggplant, stir to mix well.
- Seasonings with oyster sauce and soy bean paste. Add basil leave and red chili.
- Arrange on a serving dish, garnish with basil leave and sprinkle with pepper powder.
